So we always recommend everyone to take their time and set their store link properly so that you won’t have to face any problems in the future.
Let’s take an example and understand it properly, consider your company name is viswa so you can enter the store link as viswa but for any reason if it is not available then you will have to try an alias or extend the name like viswaa. Your website link will then appear as https://zyadashop.io/viswaa or https://gostore.app/viswaa, and this is the link that will be shared with your customers to visit your store.
But we all know if you are reading this article then you might have rushed the setup process and put the wrong store link or you might have a change of mind and now you wish to change the store link. Well there is no direct solution for this but yes there is a way to change your store link. Let’s see how to do that.
First of all you need to delete your store entirely and then you can setup your store once again, where you will have the ability to put your correct store link, again this is an important step so always double check while putting the store link. So let’s see how you can delete your store :
Open Zyadashop app and click on the manage tab.
Navigate to the bottom of the manage section, where you can see the delete store option
Clicking on it will take you to the delete store page
In the delete store page, you need to press on the send otp button
Then enter the otp you received
After that enter the reason for your deletion and click on request deletion button.
Successfully your store has been deleted and now you can setup your store again with the correct store link.
