We have got multiple queries regarding notification sound. Well everyone gets the notification yet doesn’t get the notification sound. Basically the settings of your phone doesn’t allow the notification sound for Zyadashop to ring, and to solve this problem follow these steps:
Open the settings app of your mobile device
Search or look for apps
Go inside apps and look for manage apps
Inside manage apps search for Zyadashop and open it
Then inside it go into the notifications tab
Finally in the notification page you will be able to find the notification sound option, turn it on and then you will start receiving the notification sound.
Or to ease these steps you could just long press on the Zyadashop app from your app drawer and click on App Info. After that you can follow Step5 & Step6 to enable notification sound.
And for the order notification sound we have a beeping sound which continues till you look into the order notification. In case, you are not receiving these notification beep then you should check your alarm volume, if the volume is low or turned off the beep would not sound. Turn the alarm volume there to receive the order notification sound.
