Editing the orders comes in very handy when you want to replace some items or remove items which you currently don't have in your inventory. So let's see step by step how you can edit the orders :
Open Zyadashop app and head on to the Orders section
Choose the order that you want to edit
Inside the order details section, there will be a pencil icon alongside the contains Item(S), click on it to expand the edit menu
Once expanded, you can edit the quantity and price of the items or you can remove or replace the items with something similar
If you click on replace, Zyadashop will show automatically show recommendations. You can also search for item and choose from the search results
You can also add items by searching from the search bar or you can also add products manually by clicking on the add button
After you have made all the changes, click on save changes button to complete the process
Also there are more things which you can do inside the order details section, like rewarding the customers or editing delivery charges.
