Uploading products one by one can be a time taking process and a bit frustrating at times. CSV upload helps to upload products in bulk without any hassle, let's see how you can upload products using CSV :
Open Zyadashop app
Head on to Manage section
Look for Bulk Upload and click on it
Inside Bulk Upload Menu click on Bulk Upload Using CSV
Download the sample CSV file. You can also click on the banner at top to watch the video tutorial
Always keep the Instructions in mind before uploading the CSV file
Open the sample and check the format of the file
The first line of the sample are the field names and you should not change or alter the first line
Then in the sample there are examples of values to be input like the Item name, MRP, Price, Item Description, etc.
Now start entering the values to create your own CSV file
Item name, Price, Item Description, & unit are the compulsory fields and all these fields must have valid value
The names of variants should be separated by comma (,) & variant pricings should be separated by semi colon (;)
You can also enter the Stock Count & Per order limit for respective products
After you have entered all the details of your products save the file in .csv format in your pc or mobile device
Open Bulk Upload Using CSV and click on select CSV file
Select the file from your storage and click on next
A preview will show up having all the details of the products that has been added in the CSV file
You can deselect any product if you want, from that preview menu
Clicking on next will take you to the final step where you have to choose the target category where you want to upload the products
After choosing the target category click on upload and the CSV file will be uploaded
Here's how it will show up inside the category
The item images needs to be uploaded one by one after the CSV upload is complete.
