Product and order reviews helps you understand the gaps and also allows other customers make their decision easier and faster. In Zyadashop your customers can give reviews on products and as well as on orders made by them.
Product reviews are different from order reviews in the following manner :

To give reviews on products, you need to follow these steps :
In order to give reviews on products, you need to order that product first
Once you have ordered the product, visit your website
Open the product details section of the product you ordered
Scroll down a bit and you will find the Ratings and Reviews section
Click on the Write a Review button
A pop-up will appear where you can give the ratings and write review about the product
After that click on the Post button and the review will be posted
You can check the product reviews inside the product details section, where the product review is posted.
To give reviews on orders, you need to follow these steps :
Visit the account section of website
Click on My Orders
Inside it you can see the list of all your orders
Choose the order on which you want to give review (Remember order reviews can be given only on delivered orders)
Inside the order details section, scroll down to the bottom where you will find the option to submit your review
Click on the number of stars and write the review of the order
After that click on post, and the order review will be posted
Follow these steps, to check the order review :
Open Zyadashop app
Go to Accounts section
Click on Premium Features
Scroll down and click on Order Reviews
Inside it all the Order reviews will be listed
You also get notifications on new product and order reviews.
